The Township of Northeastern Manitoulin and the Island deems an event as “large” based on attendance. Any events with 500 or more people is defined as a large event.

The Town of Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands stipulate a regulated curfew of 11:30 p.m. Events can apply to Mayor and Council for an extension to 1:00 a.m.
VENUE TO BE RETURNED TO ORIGINAL STATE. THERE WILL BE A $500 DEPOSIT REQUIRED ON SMALL EVENTS AND A $1000 DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR LARGE EVENTS. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED AT SUCH TIME AS THE VENUE IS RETURNED TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE
The Lessee must carry insurance with minimum liability of $5M with 2155000 Ontario Limited named as additional insured. The Lessee will also be responsible for obtaining and managing their own Special Permit with the ACGO
